Master Duncan has been studying Tae Kwon Do for over 28 years.  In March of 2005 he received his 6th dan certification from Grandmaster Choi, President of T.T.C.A. and also has a Master's certification from Chung Do Kwan certification signed by Great Grandmaster Lee, Won Kuk, the founder of Chung Do Kwan Institute.  Master Duncan has won numerous championships, including the Midwest, West Coast, and United States Championships.
    Master Duncan served for four years in the United States Navy Submarine Force, and held a clearance level of secret.  He attended Indiana Vocational Technical College, and Vincennes University. He is currently the Chief Referee for the T.T.C.A. Master Duncan has conducted self defense training for law enforcement personnel, and has worked on several private security projects.     Currently he and his family live in Huntingburg, Indiana.
